Pamela Patterson

Pamela Patterson is a shareholder and namesake partner at Patterson Fallucca, P.A. In 2025, Pamela earned Board Certification in Construction Law from The Florida Bar, a distinction held by fewer than 2% of Florida attorneys, reflecting her deep expertise and commitment to this specialized field.

Pamela earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2019, where she served as Lead Articles Editor on the Barry Law Review and as Director of Inter-School Competitions for the Barry Moot Court program. Prior to joining Patterson Fallucca, she gained valuable courtroom and litigation experience as a Judicial Extern with the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Pamela was admitted to The Florida Bar in September 2019 and has been serving clients throughout Florida ever since.

Jake Fallucca

Shareholder

Jake is a shareholder and namesake partner at Patterson Fallucca, P.A. As a Central Florida native, he brings both deep local roots and a well-rounded legal background to his clients.

Jake graduated from Stetson University College of Law, Florida's first law school, in 2020, where he distinguished himself academically by earning the Book Award for achieving the highest grade in Business Entities. He also served as Co-Chair of the Finance Committee for the Student Bar Association and gained hands-on experience clerking at the Girley Law Firm, P.A. in Orlando during his law school summers. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in April 2021.

Jake is admitted to practice in Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the District of Columbia. He currently serves on the Eighteenth Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee and is a member of the Florida Bar's Young Lawyers Section.

Andrew Buchmann

Senior Associate

Andrew Buchmann is a Senior Associate at Patterson Fallucca, P.A. He brings a well-rounded litigation background to every matter, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of disputes throughout his career.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2020 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in November of that year. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Prior to joining Patterson Fallucca, Andrew built a diverse career focusing his practice on employment law, construction law, first party property law and served as in-house counsel for a roofing company. Over the course of his legal career, he has negotiated settlements in more than 400 cases and has handled all phases of litigation from pre-suit through trial, including successfully arguing motions for summary judgment.

Andrew is known for his thorough preparation, strong work ethic, and genuine dedication to his clients' outcomes.

Christina Medina

Associate Attorney

Christina Medina is an attorney at Patterson Law P.A., where she represents clients in civil litigation and defense matters. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2021, Christina has built a practice focused on strong advocacy, strategic problem-solving, and practical solutions for individuals and businesses navigating complex legal disputes.

Before entering the legal profession, Christina spent 13 years on Wall Street with BNY Mellon, servicing billion-dollar hedge fund clients and working within high-level financial operations. Her background in finance and corporate environments gives clients a unique perspective in litigation, negotiations, and case strategy — particularly in matters involving financial analysis and business-related disputes.

Christina earned her undergraduate degree in Finance, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Juris Doctor degree. Her combined experience in business, finance, and law allows her to approach every case with analytical precision, practical insight, and a genuine commitment to protecting her clients' interests both inside and outside the courtroom.

Brendan Lee

Law Clerk

Brendan Lee serves as a Law Clerk at Patterson Fallucca, P.A., supporting the firm's attorneys across a range of matters. He is currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Stetson University College of Law and is expected to sit for the Florida Bar in July 2026.

At Stetson, Brendan has distinguished himself both academically and professionally. He is a member of the Stetson Business Law Review, serving on its Article Selection Committee, was a Teaching Assistant in both Contracts and Constitutional Law, and completed a Federal Judicial Externship. Prior to law school, Brendan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.

Before joining Patterson Fallucca, Brendan gained practical experience interning at several Florida law firms, where he drafted corporate documents, prepared legal memoranda, assisted with motions and pleadings, and attended court hearings and depositions.
